​Description

RAMP™ is a low viscosity liquid polymer adhesion and cure promoter developed specifically to be used with the Buddy Rhodes Vertical Mix™ carvable concrete. Adding RAMP™ ensures proper cure of Vertical Mix and improved the overall physical properties. It also reduces water and salt absorption and greatly enhances freeze/thaw resistance.

Preparation

This product has a limited shelf life and should be used as soon as possible. KEEP FROM FREEZING. Store and use at room temperature (73° F / 23° C). Wear long sleeves and disposable vinyl gloves in a well-ventilated area when using this product.

Use as an Adhesion Promoter

Apply a primer coat of RAMP™ before mixing and applying Buddy Rhodes Vertical Mix™ carvable concrete. Mix 100 parts RAMP™ with 100 parts water (50/50). Apply over all surfaces using a spray bottle, pump sprayer, or similar. Allow to become tacky before applying Vertical Mix. If primer dries completely, reapply and wait until tacky before proceeding.

Use as a Cure Promoter

Mix RAMP™ with clean water and Buddy Rhodes Vertical Mix™ in the following proportions:
